I am Hanna, a proud mother of two lovely children, Mia and Jax, and a passionate advocate for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Despite a busy life filled with family responsibilities and caring for my children, my passion for maintaining a healthy and balanced body has never wavered. From the start, I found joy and energy in home workouts, and that has become a source of inspiration for me to stay motivated, even in the busiest of times.

Let me share a bit about my fitness journey, the experiences I’ve gained, the lessons I’ve learned, and how I can use my knowledge to help you reach the level of health and fitness you may have always thought was out of reach. Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—from busy professionals to stay-at-home parents, all aiming to find a balance between health, family, and work. My approach isn’t just about physical training; it’s about creating a holistic, balanced lifestyle that helps you not only feel stronger but also more confident and purposeful in everyday life.

Like many, my path to this point hasn’t been without its challenges, but those obstacles have shaped me into the trainer I am today. My aim is to help guide and inspire you on your own journey, whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level.
Formal Training
I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor whose passion has grown and evolved for over 10 years from childhood gymnast to an IFBB bodybuilding champion, to group fitness instructor and now lifestyle fitness coach. It has been a long and ever changing ride but I found my purpose, learned self-discipline and grew self-confidence in my skills and knowledge in the process.
I have refined my strategy to provide the desired results for any client. I will teach you how to discipline your mind and body while having fun and building confidence, too!
I left corporate America and fell in love with this industry because of YOU. Your transformations through mind, body, and soul are the reasons I do what I do!
